Lily Allen appears to have straightened things out with Sir Elton John. Onstage at GQ’s Men of the Year party in 2008, Allen drunkenly told the singer to “[bleep] off!” twice. But she was all smiles the other night at John’s AIDS Foundation Winter Ball at Grosvenor House Hotel in London, sponsored by Grey Goose. A source tells Page Six that Allen trekked 50 miles after an out-of-town performance to make John’s Park Lane party. A bar she designed for the charity auction went for $160,000.
