Katie Holmes bugged during ‘Romantics’ rooftop revelry

Don’t bother Katie Holmes, we learned at Tuesday night’s screening of “The Romantics.”

A pushy woman got past the security team limiting access to the leading lady/executive producer of the romantic comedy and her husband, Tom Cruise, who were ensconced in a cabana by the rooftop pool at the new Park Avenue Gansevoort Hotel.

The well-dressed intruder was so bothersome, Holmes and her party moved to a more private area. Holmes was overheard saying to a friend as they moved away, “I had to tell that girl off. She was obnoxious!”

With Holmes and Cruise gone, Kelsey Grammer and his pregnant girlfriend, Kayte Walsh, made their way to the deserted VIP seating where they cuddled on the couch. They smooched by the pool and gushed about their love.

“We are really happy and in love,” Grammer told Page Six. “We’re looking for a new apartment together in New York but we haven’t found one yet. We’re waiting for the perfect place.” Asked about the baby, Walsh patted her tummy and said, “We don’t really want to talk about that at the moment.”

On the other side of the rooftop, “Romantics” cast member Adam Brody cried out, “I’m so hungry I’m going to pass out!” Gabourey Sidibe intercepted the starved actor on her way back from the buffet and he playfully snatched a potato from her plate.

Hunky co-star Josh Duhamel, who plays a man in a love triangle with characters played by Anna Paquin and Holmes, told us he had a similar experience when he was engaged to the wrong woman — presumably his former fiancée Kristy Pierce, with whom he broke up two weeks before the wedding.

“I was engaged to get married. It wasn’t right and I knew it and I felt glad that we never got to the altar, thank God. But I understand how that guy felt,” Duhamel told us.
