Princess Madeleine of Sweden has been flirting with Stavros Niarchos in New York following reports they hit it off at a recent royal wedding. The princess, who moved here to work for the World Childhood Foundation, was spotted chatting to the Greek playboy at Le Bilboquet on Tuesday. “She was inside with two friends while Stavros was dining outside,” a spy said. “Once he saw her, he went straight over. She seemed pretty enthralled.” Both attended Prince Nikolaos of Greece’s wedding to Tatiana Blatnik last month, sparking Swedish reports of a blossoming romance. The princess called off her wedding to lawyer Jonas Bergstrom in April when a Swedish magazine reported he cheated on her with a 21-year-old student. Madeleine flew to New York for “peace and quiet” to recover. Niarchos — who’s dated high-profile blondes including Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan — couldn’t be reached.
