Socialite Michelle-Marie Heinemann sells Fifth Ave. pad for $6.2 million

Socialite and artist Michelle-Marie Heinemann has sold her apartment at 923 Fifth Ave. to Brazilian beer billionaire Carlos Alberto Sicupira, Page Six has exclusively learned.

Heinemann — who appeared on the front page of The Post when she and her investment-banker husband, Jon, sued the Cathedral School of St. John the Divine after they were “conned” into paying $50,000 for a kindergarten finger painting at a fund-raiser — sold her apartment Friday to Sicupira, one of the trio of Brazilians who share control of Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world’s largest beer company.

According to Forbes, Sicupira is worth $7.9 billion, so the $6.2 million asking price is a snip for the father of three.

Together with his billionaire partners Marcel Telles and Jorge Paulo Lemann, Sicupira also owns investment capital firm 3G Capital, which is based in New York and Rio.

In February, 3G partnered with Warren Buffett to buy Heinz.

Heinemann, meanwhile, is currently eyeing a townhouse on 74th Street.
