Kim Kardashian’s lawyers are looking to take action against a Mexican doctor who used an image of the reality TV star on a billboard, showing her reclining in a bikini — and at the same time posted a topless photo to her Twitter account, promoting her new lingerie line for Sears.
Dr. Victor Ramirez used Kardashian’s famous face and body on a billboard warning passersby not to “risk your beauty or your health” and use an uncertified plastic surgeon. The billboard urges passersby to call his practice instead.

When contacted by TMZ, Ramirez admitted that he did not have Kardashian’s permission to use her likeness on the billboard, which is located near the California border.
“Obviously I did not speak to Kim Kardashian,” he said. “I do not have her number.”
TMZ reports that Kardashian’s lawyers are currently investigating what action to take against the plastic surgeon.
Meantime, Kardashian posted an even racier image of herself to her Twitter account as news of the billboard broke.
The image shows the reality star topless while lying on her side in bed, covering her chest with a sheet. She wears only a pair of pink panties from the newly released Kardashian Kollection lingerie line.
“Can’t sleep tonight …,” Kardashian wrote alongside the image.
She also posted a photo of herself along with sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian to her blog, all three woman in tan-and-black pieces from the collection.
“My sisters are I are excited to reveal our new ad for our Kardashian Kollection Intimates,” Kardashian wrote. “The intimates line is so gorgeous, comfortable and feminine and we are very proud!”
