Los Angeles police have named West as a suspect, according to the LA Times, and are investigating a potential battery charge.
“The named suspect was identified as Kanye West by the victim and several witnesses,” police said in a statement.
The “Yeezus” rap star clocked the 18-year-old inside a Beverly Hills chiropractic office on Monday after the man lashed out at the reality television star while escorting her into the building, according to TMZ.
The curvy Kardashian met a phalanx of paprazzi when she showed up to the doctor’s office on Monday afternoon when the teen approached her.
“Fu– these fa–ot ass ni–as,” the man said about the photogs, according to the site.
An outraged Kim K. told the man that the racial and homophobic terms were not acceptable, he turned his venom onto the star.
“F–k you bitch. Just trying to help you Shut up n—-r lover, stupid slut,” the site quotes him as saying.
As the two engage in a shouting match, Kim calls her rage-a-holic beau to the scene.
While on the phone with Kanye, the man yells at him as well, saying “F- -k you n—-r,” TMZ said.
The teen then walks into the office where Kanye found him upon arrival and allegedly slugged him in the face.
The man has pressed charges with the Beverly Hills Police Department who said that a possible misdemeanor assault charge has been referred to the LA County District Attorney.
