British model Lily Cole snuggled up to Twitter founder Jack Dorsey on a megayacht in St. Barth’s during the holidays.

The flame haired Cole, 26, and tech titan Dorsey, 36 were spotted in deep conversation–which likely took up more than 140 characters–during a yacht party Monday night.

Cole and Dorsey have been spotted frolicking on the 160 foot yacht, which reportedly costs $240,000 a week to charter, during their holiday in St. Barth’s. Music mogul Rick Rubin and Oscar-winning Hollywood producer/director Brian Grazer have also been spotted enjoying the sun on the yacht.

Dorsey posted a photo on his Twitter feed of the sunset over the sea on Dec. 31. “Last sunset of 2012,” read the caption.

Cole was discovered when she was 14, and booked her first cover for British Vogue at 16. Since then, she’s modeled for Chanel, Alexander McQueen, Rimmel cosmetics and Louis Vuitton, among others. She also has an art degree from Cambridge.

Dorsey founded Twitter in 2006, but earns most of his money from his online mobile payment service, Square, Inc. Dorsey’s latest venture is valued at more than $3 billion.
