SoulCycle, the spin studio that’s a favorite of Kelly Ripa, Jake Gyllenhaal, and as of last week Oprah Winfrey, left its devoted riders disconnected when its redesigned Web site malfunctioned Monday afternoon.
Riders usually flock to the SoulCycle site Mondays at noon to sign up for their desired classes and bikes, but the new site failed, leaving the panicked athletes with error messages.
A spokesperson for the company told Page Six all the issues had been resolved by Tuesday.
