Lawsuit reveals Charlie Sheen sent horrifying texts to his daughter

If there’s one thing you can say about Charlie Sheen, it’s that he’s at least consistent.

Months after revealing that he is living with HIV, the “Anger Management” star, 50, is locked in a nasty legal battle with ex-wife Denise Richards, reports TMZ.

The “Wild Things” actress, 44, wants $1.2 million from Sheen for failing to deliver on the support he allegedly promised the former couple’s two kids, according to court docs obtained by the website.

Richards claims Sheen, who pays $55,000 a month in child support, asked her and their children to move into a house next to his but then had them evicted.

The actress was initially reluctant to move to the Beverly Hills home with daughters Sam, 11, and Lola, 10, but did so after Sheen expressed fear that he was terminally ill and said he “wanted to repair his relationship with his children.”

This benevolence soon turned to hostility after they moved in, though, with Sheen telling his daughters he’d give away their Christmas presents and threatening them and their mom in a string of aggressive texts.

“Have a merry Xmas with your loser f—s–t mom … your dad is a rock star genius … your mom is a p–s wart,” one text reportedly read.

In another he allegedly wrote, “I’m going to kill you and I’m going to kill your mom.”

Richards claims that Sheen had her and their children evicted in September, two months before he went on the “Today” show and revealed that he was HIV-positive.

Richards plans to use the $1.2 million she is asking for toward the purchase of the new home, something she says he already agreed to in a trust agreement for their children.

But Sheen doesn’t buy that. He thinks there are other motivations for the lawsuit, namely greed.

“Denise Richards is not satisfied that she has received $660,000 tax free each year for almost 10 years,” Sheen’s attorney Martin Singer said in a statement to People. “It is not enough money for her, besides the approximate $10 million she has received from Charlie under her short marriage.”

Richards responded to Singer’s statement on Friday, saying that the money she is seeking is for her children alone.

Richards and Sheen met on the set of “Good Advice” in 2000, but did not begin dating until the next year. They were married in 2002 and divorced in 2006.
