Kim Kardashian’s sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner have been slapped with a lawsuit.

Island Company, a resort lifestyle retailer in West Palm Beach, Fla., is suing the sisters and clothing brand PacSun for allegedly stealing Island’s trademarked logo.

Island is claiming in Flordia federal documents that the Jenners and PacSun stole their phrase: “Quit your job. Buy a ticket. Get a tan. Fall in love. Never return” after PacSun designed a shirt for the Jenners’ line with the similar phrase: “Run away. Fall in love. Never return.”

Island says the Jenners’ version, “is likely to cause confusion, mistake and deception among consumers, the public and the trade as to whether defendants’ products or services are affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by plaintiff,” in the complaint obtained by Page Six. Island’s threads have been spotted on the likes of Brad Pitt, Cameron Diaz and Johnny Depp.

They’ve used their trademark phrase since 2005 and want the Jenners and PacSun to eliminate it from their clothing. Reps for the Jenners didn’t get back to us.
