Leonardo DiCaprio has been renting out his apartment in the Green Delos building in Greenwich Village for a cool $25,000 a month.
The actor, who bought the $10 million, pad on East 11th Street last year, has been renting it to Jonathan Orszag, an economic policy advisor for President Clinton during the 1990s and a senior managing director of economic consulting firm Compass Lexecon.
The Delos building boasts amenities such as vitamin C-infused showers, purified air and water, a circulated aromatherapy air supply, posture-supportive heat reflexology flooring and a “dawn simulation” provided by a circadian lighting design.
Leo also has another eco-friendly apartment in Battery Park City.
