“Keeping my circle small in 2016,” Brown wrote in an Instagram post hours after he was accused of punching Liziane Gutierrez in the face and stealing her phone at the Palms Hotel.

“I’m going to be hella rich after all the lawsuits I file from these crazy individuals who keep lying on my name,” he added.

He included a selfie in the posting, which went out to his 21 million Instagram followers.

“Happy NEW YEAR! Time for us to grow the f–k up!” he ended the post.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said they are investigating the alleged assault and confirmed that Brown is a suspect, according to TMZ.

Photos show Gutierrez with a bruise under her right eye, but she was not injured enough to be hospitalized.

“Whatever her motives, her statements are unequivocally untrue,” Brown’s rep, Nicole Perna, told The Wrap, adding that “making false accusations seems to be a pattern of behavior of Ms. Gutierrez.”

Brown infamously beat his former gal pal, singer Rihanna, before the 2009 Grammys. He pleaded guilty to felony assault and finished up a five-year probation sentence in March.
