Jimmy Kimmel’s penis has been through so much.

The famed late night host, 47, suffered through two surgeries to correct a closed urethra.

“It just kind of closed up on its own,” Kimmel told E! News about the surgeries, which he originally shared during a SXSW panel over the weekend.

“I don’t know why it happened,” he detailed. “I still don’t know why.”

Although he neglected to share when he went through these surgeries, he recounted what his doctor told him.

“The guy said, ‘Your urethra’s closing up and you need it operated on,’ and they did,” he said. “And then they said, ‘Yea, we didn’t get it, it didn’t quite work. We need to do it again.’ And they did it again.”

Ever the comedian, Kimmel called himself  a “real pee hole.”

“It’s a horrible process, by the way — a horrible process,” he quipped.

Despite the surgeries, the plumbing seems to be working just fine: He welcomed his third child last summer.
