FLORIDA Gov. Charlie Crist was caught in an awkward dilemma the other day at a fund-raiser for his US Senate bid at the home of Jets owner Woody Johnson. When the Q&A section began, Rob Astorino, a Republican candidate for Westchester County executive, asked, “So, Governor . . . Jets or Dolphins?” The sun-tanned Crist turned beet red and said he would see what happens on Oct. 12, when the teams meet up in Miami. Johnson’s lovely wife, Suzanne, responded with a chant of “New York Jets! New York Jets!” Other attendees included John Catsimatidis, Matt Higgins, Larchmont Mayor Liz Feld, Nicole Miller CEO Bud Konheim and Cristyne Lategano-Nicholas, who had to dash off with Johnson to meet Jets Super Bowl hero Joe Namath, who’s taping this week’s “Playmakers” segment on Fox Business with Woody and David Asman.
