Rumors have been flying about Lindsay Lohan‘s supposed antics in various Manhattan hotels last week, and at least one made it onto the Web — but it turns out the starlet wasn’t even in the city. “Someone is spreading all these crazy rumors about Lindsay,” a source told Page Six. The false reports included sightings of her on Thursday night throwing a room-service tray at a closed room door in the Bowery Hotel, and, that same night, being escorted out of the Soho Grand after supposedly throwing herself at actor Josh Hartnett. But our insider said, “she wasn’t in New York last Thursday, she was in Texas.” Another pal of Lohan speculates that a friend or relative of Lohan’s off-again girlfriend, Sam Ronson, is the one spreading the baloney. Either way, we’re sure Lohan will have plenty to say on her Twitter feed this week.
