KELLY Osbourne can’t believe kids these days. The “Dancing with the Stars” contestant and daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne was overheard telling a pal at Teen Vogue’s seventh annual young Hollywood party Friday night at Milk Studios in Los Angeles that she was “shocked” at how short the skirts of female partygoers were since they were all so young. Also there were “90210” starlet Jessica Lowndes, who spent most of the night hanging out separately from castmates including Jessica Stroup, Ethan Peck and Matt Lanter, and “Glee” star Harry Shum Jr., who impressed a gaggle of models with his break-dancing skills. Meanwhile, “Twilight” star and Teen Vogue coverboy Taylor Lautner repeatedly told interviewers that he felt “uncomfortable” that his abs were on such prominent display in sequel “New Moon.”
