LINDSAY Lohan‘s career in fashion got off to an inauspicious start in Paris. When Lohan was appointed creative director of the Ungaro line a few months ago, designer Esteban Cortazar quit and was replaced by Spaniard Estrella Archs. Their show was “an embarrassment,” said Women’s Wear Daily, with “cheesy and dated” clothes, including breast-baring tops which had the models flashing rhinestone pasties. WWD said, “Being a young, pretty, controversial woman who looks good in clothes and photo ops just isn’t enough . . . Lindsay, it’s time to get serious about the acting career.”
