Topper has been making the rounds with Vogue’s Valerie Boster, who this week threw him a surprise birthday party at Upper East Side bar Dorrian’s. But a source said, “Topper is still into Tinsley. They talk three times a day. He has even offered to show up [on her show] if she has a date in public with another man, to help ratings. They may even get back together for ratings. I feel bad for Valerie.” A rep for Tinsley could not be reached.
