It was dueling directors on Thanksgiving at the Waverly Inn, with Martin Scorsese and Oliver Stone eating turkey with their families (including Stone’s mother, Jacqueline) and friends crammed into two nearby tables for 10. The eatery’s chef, and author of “The Hunger,” John DeLucie — who also hosted a large table as he went back and forth from the kitchen — charged $40 a head for non- frozen organic turkey infused with truffles, turkey-leg sau sage stuffing, sweet potatoes and their holiday ilk.
