Oprah Winfrey will present an award to her best friend, Gayle King, at the New York Women in Communications’ Matrix Awards in April.King will be recognized for her work as editor-at-large of O, the Oprah magazine, and on her Sirius XM radio talk show. Others receiving honors include Tina Fey, who will be presented with her award by “Saturday Night Live” star Seth Meyers; Sheryl Crow, who will be introduced by Mariska Hargitay and Google’s Marissa Mayer. NBC anchor Brian Williams will host the power luncheon at the Waldorf-Astoria.
