Geeks got a special surprise at the 230 Fifth rooftop party to celebrate the opening of tech consulting company NSI’s New York office when recently crowned Miss USA Rima Fakih showed up. “It was a bunch of tech geeks and serious business execs on a roof having cocktails and networking until she walked in, and they started tripping over themselves for an introduction,” a source says. “It was very funny.” Fakih spent the evening talking with George Pataki and the city’s former tech commissioner Gino Menchini.
