Kelly Osbourne is making the most of a miserable situation. The daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne had to vacate her house in Los Angeles after a series of pipes exploded, causing a sewage flood. “There are tree roots growing into our plumbing, and there is [bleep] coming out of the bathtub. It’s so disgusting we have to stay in a hotel,” she recently tweeted. To cope, Osbourne was spotted getting at the new Bliss Spa in the W Hollywood hotel.
