Bob Geldof‘s wild daughter, Peaches, is furious over naked pictures of her posted on the Internet by a man who alleges they had a heroin-fueled one-night stand.
Peaches — who lost her mother, Paula Yates, to a heroin overdose in 2000 — strongly denied taking drugs after photos of her appearing “high” in bed with a mystery man were posted online.
The writer, who calls himself thatcoolguyben, claimed he spent the early hours of last Thanksgiving morning taking drugs and having sex with Peaches — who’s now dating “Inglourious Basterds” star Eli Roth — before waking and “throwing up” in a detox room at LA’s Scientology Center. Gawker.com last night identified him as a loft-dwelling resident of Williamsburg.
Writing that they met at a friend’s house in LA, he posted on Reddit: “She told me she had a bit of heroin she brought with her from the UK and asked me if I was game . . . at about 5 a.m. I was high as a kite . . . things get hot and heavy and before I know it we’re naked . . . I awoke at 1 p.m. in a sauna, throwing up all over the place . . . I look around and read some stuff realizing I’m in the Celebrity Scientology Center in LA.”
The photographs show bleary-eyed Peaches, a Nylon columnist, sprawled nude with tattoos all over her body. Others show her in bed with an unidentified man, makeup smeared all over her face.
Peaches’ lawyer, Jonathan Coad, said last night in a statement: “The allegations that our client was carrying and injecting heroin are denied, our client having consumed alcohol with the other individual leading to the ‘highs’ described and portrayed in the photographs. The evident unreliability of the source emerges from the also fictitious description of their trip to a Scientology center . . . Nobody who is not a member of that organization is permitted into such buildings.”
Coad added that the photos “were taken for private purposes only.” The Reddit posting was taken down yesterday, but not before it was picked up by other sites.
