Before heading to Miami to start filming the second season of “Jersey Shore,” she ditched her signature black “poof” for a sleek, red-streaked ‘do at the Francky L’Official salon on the Upper East Side Thursday with boyfriend Emilio Masella in tow. “When Snooki first walked in before noon, she requested that they play house music, and she and her boyfriend were dancing around in their chairs while her color was setting,” said one observer. “It was pretty hilarious.”
