Professional models aren’t the only ones storming the runway during Fashion Week. Amber Rose took to the catwalk for friend and metal apparel/accessories designer Laurel DeWitt — in a get-up that saw the soon-to-be ex-wife of rapper Wiz Khalifa wearing alienesque makeup and, apparently, no underwear.
DeWitt is best known for designing Rose’s 2014 MTV VMAs silver-chain dress, and at Sunday’s show at the Church of the Holy Apostles, the hip-hop model and artist was cloaked in another metal-chain ensemble — this time resembling an armored Egyptian goddess.
The revealing creation, made from gold and black metal with an attached hoodie, showed off Rose’s curves as she sashayed down the runway — but the former girlfriend of Kanye West told The Post she’s about to be known for more than just her assets.
“I have a book coming out published by Simon and Schuster which is titled ‘How To Be a Bad Bitch,’ as well as a movie titled ‘Sister Code,’ ” Rose said.
The 31-year-old mother of one added she’s come a long way since her start as an exotic dancer at the age of 15 — and she hopes the book will reveal the pearls of wisdom she’s gleaned over the years. “It’s nothing really personal, just mistakes that I have made in life, so girls really don’t have to do the same,” added Rose. “So that they could learn a lot of cool things that I have learned already.”
