oe Biden’s latest road show in the tri-state area to raise cash for President Obama’s re-election campaign. Biden’s team took over the Four Seasons restaurant’s Pool Room for a supposedly $5,000-a-head fund-raiser yesterday afternoon, but we’re told ticket prices were “negotiable.” Obama, who has been dropping into Manhattan for top donor receptions at $35,800 a head, is expected to return on Nov. 30 for another big-ticket dinner. A campaign spokesperson didn’t get back to us. Meantime, Biden’s caravan clogged Midtown and the Four Seasons lobby, where unsuspecting power-lunchers Anna Wintour, Ralph Lauren, Pete Peterson, David Rockefeller and Lally Weymouth were searched by his security team at the door.
