It looks like Billy Baldwin and Chynna Phillips have made progress mending their 14-year marriage. The couple, who have three kids, had dinner with a group including Lizzie Grubman and Simon Rex (a k a Dirt Nasty) at Boathouse in East Hampton Sunday. “They look like they are all made up,” said an onlooker. Phillips filed for divorce in March but withdrew the papers days later. Also in the Hamptons was Billy’s brother, Alec Baldwin, who dined at Bamboo with “30 Rock” and “Saturday Night Live” producer Marci Klein.
