Susan Sarandon and boy toy Jonathan Bricklin celebrated Bastille Day with a game of petanque at Barolo in SoHo. Sarandon, on crutches with an injured foot, watched Bricklin and the team from their pingpong club SPiN play the traditional lawn game sponsored by Veuve Clicquot in honor of France’s national holiday. Sarandon hurt herself on a trip to Haiti and is recovering from foot surgery.
