LMFAO tussles in video response to Page Six

“Party Rock” duo LMFAO has filmed a video in response to Page Six revealing last week that band members Redfoo and Sky Blu have been warring behind the scenes over money.

As the video begins, Sky Blu (aka Skyler Austen Gordy) appears solo on the screen, wearing a heavily bedazzled red leather jacket and white sunglasses. “I feel good man,” he says.

Soon, he is joined in the frame by his bandmate and uncle Redfoo (aka Stefan Kendal Gordy), who is holding a copy of last Thursday’s New York Post.

“Did you see the stuff that they wrote?” asks Redfoo. “The crazy stuff? Let me read it to you.”

As Redfoo lifts the paper, Sky Blu grabs for it, and the two begin to physically fight, eventually joining together in a dance as they shred the newspaper while chanting “Everyday we’re tusslin’,” both a reference to their hit song and to Page Six’s story headline “Duo: Everyday I’m Tusslin’.” The two then plug their summer Sorry for Party Rocking tour, saying, “We’re going on tour. Come tussle with us.”

While the pair plays nice in the video, sources tell Page Six that things aren’t so civil between the two DJs, who are the son and grandson of Motown founder Berry Gordy.

“Redfoo has always been promoting himself, doing his own thing,” a source tells us, explaining that Redfoo has been booking far more $100,000-a-night DJ gigs than his nephew while using the duo’s name. While RedFoo has set up a residency at Vegas Club Marquee and recently spun the opening of Marquee the Star in Sydney, Australia, Sky Blu recently confessed that he had not performed in three months.
