Amy Harris, the former “Sex and the City” writer who’s bringing Carrie Bradshaw back with “The Carrie Diaries,” is launching another chick-centric New York-set series. “Fetching,” starring Collette Wolfe and Sandra Vergara, follows a lawyer who dumps her job and fiancé to open a “doggie day-care” center. The AOL On Network series from Michael Eisner’s Vuguru was announced at the Digital Content NewFronts, where AOL, Hulu, Yahoo and Microsoft have pumped new projects and channels featuring Morgan Spurlock, Adrian Grenier, Heidi Klum, Richard Linklater, Erin Fetherston, Rachel Roy and chef Marc Forgione. Eisner’s company also announced, at the Highline Stages on Tuesday, plans for “Little Women Big Cars,” to begin on AOL May 7. Google and YouTube’s presentation is May 2 at the Beacon.
