Stones rolling into the studio?

After Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood said the legendary band would soon be in the studio together, he back-pedaled at a recent Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony, saying he was only expressing his own interest in recording. But Wood was overheard Tuesday night telling two pals at E&E Grill House in Times Square that he, Mick Jagger and Keith Richards
were going to “play around with some ideas in the studio next week.” Wood, who just played the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City solo, was sipping a double espresso with friends at E&E during the intermission at “The Book of Mormon,” spies said. He was also overheard saying he was meeting up with former Faces bandmate Rod Stewart and that they’re also hatching a reunion plan. Faces reunited at the Hall of Fame induction, but Stewart was sick and couldn’t make it.
