Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi admits “the fact that I can reproduce is very scary.”
The “Jersey Shore” star makes the confession in the first trailer for her new series with best friend Jenni “JWoww” Farley, “Snooki and JWoww vs. The World.” In the sneak peek, Snooki tells her friend that she is not only having a baby, and has said ‘yes’ to a proposal from boyfriend Jionni LaValle.
“I really need to tell you something,” says Snooki, nonchalantly, “I’m pregnant … and engaged.”
As JWoww’s eyes bug out of her head, she says, “How did this happen?”
“Sex,” says Snooki, shrugging as she deadpans.
The trailer also shows both LaValle and JWoww accompanying Snooki for an ultrasound, and marveling at the moving baby on the screen.
“Honestly, I didn’t know that I could make a baby,” says Snooki. “So the fact that I can reproduce is very scary.”
Still, the overall theme of the trailer is the girl’s friendship.
“Me and Jenni have the rest of our lives to stick our heads up Jionni and Roger’s asses,” says Snooki, explaining why she still chose to move in with JWoww given her engagement. “I think right now is the prime time for us to be together and just enjoy life as best friends.”
The trailer, which also shows the ladies shopping for apartments and, of course, dancing in a nightclub, was unveiled at MTV Upfronts in New York yesterday. At the presentation, Snooki revealed that she is now five months along. While her bump is still small, she expressed concern that it might bloom to the size of Jessica Simpson’s.
“I would die if I were her size,” Snooki said.
“Snooki and JWoww vs. The World” premieres on MTV on June 21.
