Anyone concerned about Jessica Simpson naming her baby girl Maxwell Drew is sure to be silenced by news of what Levi Johnston plans to name his unborn baby. Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian came face-to-face with their “SNL” impersonators last night at the E! network Upfronts.
