Heidi Klum cleans up after Halloween extravaganza for Worldwide Orphans bash

Heidi Klum cleaned up pretty well after all the glittery face makeup and red wig she wore for her “alien transformer” robotic costume at her Halloween bash at Lavo. A fresh-faced Klum hosted the Worldwide Orphans Foundation gala at Cipriani Wall Street the following night, where her husband, Seal, performed. “If you feel back here, I still have glue,” Klum told us, running her fingers along her nape. “Taking it off was worse than getting it on.” She said the most difficult part of constructing the oufit was the eyes: “The contact lenses took me 45 minutes to get in. The whole outfit took three hours to get ready, although I’d been planning it for months.” Seal, who dressed as Marvel comic hero Silver Surfer, was reluctant to sing his hit “Kiss From a Rose” during the encore. After perhaps overworking his voice the night before at Lavo, he called the song “the bane of my existence. It’s such a bitch to sing.” But he eventually closed out with the number in front of a crowd that included Rosie O’Donnell, Hugh Jackman and Dr. Jane Aronson, who was honored for her work helping orphans worldwide.
