Vogue contributing editor Lauren Santo Domingo is expecting her first child. The beauty, who is married to Colombian billionaire Andrés Santo Domingo, is four months pregnant. Lauren, who’s one of Anna Wintour‘s favorite society girls and a regular in Vogue’s pages, has also appeared on “Gossip Girl” and in ads for Lord & Taylor alongside Lydia Hearst. Lauren declined to comment last night but friends say she and Andrés are “thrilled” about becoming parents.
