Chelsea Handler and hotelier Andre Balazs are continuing their effusive love affair at the Sundance festival. After openly canoodling until the early hours Sunday, the two were spotted having dinner at 350 Main Street Sunday night. They erupted into giggles after someone approached them and asked if they were an item. Later, they went to House of Hype lounge for a performance by Carole King, but put on their own racy show. “Chelsea sat on Andre’s lap, straddling him, and kissed and caressed his face in front of everyone. It raised a few eyebrows,” said a spy.
