Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are selling the Village townhouse they only bought last year.
The couple are hoping for a tidy $6 million profit—they purchased their E. 10th St. pad for $18.995 million in March 2011.
According to the listing, the five-bed/five-bath home has seven working fireplaces, a “massive, beautifully-detailed double parlor” and a “Boffi kitchen with direct access to the garden for dining al fresco.”
The New York Observer writes that the pair allegedly never moved into the home because they already have another Village townhouse.
Parker and Broderick currently live in the West Village with their son James and twins Marion and Tabitha Broderick.
