The actor was seen sucking away on an electric cigarette at the Wall Street Journal and Piaget party for “Arbitrage” at Monkey Bar. “He was puffing on the electric cigarette with friends in a back corner booth,” says a spy, who added, “but then he went outside and walked down the block to sneak cigarettes.” Stars Richard Gere, Susan Sarandon and Harry Belafonte also attended the Peggy Siegal Company bash.
