Kristen Stewart called herself an “idiot” for cutting the bottom of her foot on glass before the 85th Academy Awards, but how exactly did it happen?
As it turns out, Stewart was snapped with boyfriend Rob Pattinson’s friends, Marcus Foster and Jack Standen two nights before Sunday’s Oscars. X17Online posted photos of the actress running on the sidewalk, laughing and riding around in another man’s arms.
The gossip site speculates that her mysterious foot injury must have occurred shortly after these photos were taken. As reported, the actress was already on crutches at the Oscars rehearsal the next day.
Stewart was still on her crutches during the red carpet but ditched the walking aids when she limped down the Dolby Theater stage with co-presenter Daniel Radcliffe.
Anne Hathaway, holding her new Oscar, ran into Stewart, who was on crutches, backstage.
“Oh no!” Hathaway said.
“I know, I’m an idiot,” Stewart replied, adding she stepped on glass. “I just hope it doesn’t open up right now.”
