Lindsay Lohan‘s already lining up big plans after her break from house arrest. The troubled star will reportedly complete her sentence on Wednesday and is due to celebrate her 25th birthday at Paul Sevigny and André Saraiva‘s joint 40th-birthday party at Stadium Red Estate in the Hamptons on July 2. But that could be thwarted if the LA district attorney and probation officers push for random drug and alcohol testing to be reinstated.

Sevigny, Saraiva and Lohan all share a birthday on July 2, and as of yesterday, Lohan was confirmed on the guest list for the “L-A-takes-over-the-Hamptons” bash along with her ex Samantha Ronson, Mark Ronson, Liv Tyler and Chloe Sevigny. The gated property in Water Mill is ideal for a high-profile, 300-person bash as it’s impenetrable by paparazzi. Lohan’s rep said, “Right now I’m not commenting on anything other than today’s hearing” — which resulted in her avoiding a return to jail.
