Have we found a Christian Grey?
“Arrow” star Stephen Amell said he “had a meeting” about the much-anticipated “Fifty Shades of Grey” film adaptation, suggesting that he might be in the running for one of the roles.
“I get questions about Christian Grey all the time. That project is a long way off,” Amell, 31, said in a video posted to his Facebook page.
The hunky Candian actor continued, “I know this, because I had a meeting about it. Long way off. I mean, not that long, but not close. I wouldn’t call it long, but I wouldn’t call it close.”
We’ll take that as a maybe. All we know for sure is screenwriter Kelly Marcel is tackling the raunchy tome for the big screen and actress Emma Watson is definitely out as Anastasia Steele.
Even “Fifty Shades of Grey” author EL James told Page Six in February she’s yet to cast the flick.
“We don’t even have a filmmaker . . . so we are still a long way away from casting. I have some ideas . . . but it may not be who people expect,” James said.
