Miley Cyrus partied in Miami over the weekend with hip-hop stars from Lil Wayne to Lil’ Kim. On Friday, Cyrus — without heroff/on/off fiancé Liam Hemsworth — was spotted at Pharrell Williams’ 40th-birthday blowout at the Fontainebleau’s Arkadia, and then at nightclub LIV. Wayne made his first public appearance at the party since being hospitalized for a series of seizures last month. “Wayne stayed until 4 a.m. but stuck to drinking water,” said a spy at the club where guests also included Jennifer Hudson and “90210” hottie Jessica Lowndes. Williams — who produced Cyrus’ upcoming album — continued celebrating the next night when he and Wayne hit another club, Story, till 4:30 a.m., and Cyrus partied at South Beach club Cameo till 5 a.m. Lil’ Kim hosted the bash where she previewed tracks from her upcoming album. “Miley was there from the time the doors opened at 11 till the lights came on,” a spy said. The pop star was in a black leather dress and with female friends including new Kanye West protégée Teyana Taylor.
