Lindsay Lohan will have Charlie Sheen on her arm as her date tomorrow at the premiere of “Scary Movie 5.” Lohan, who appeared on David Letterman’s show last night, will walk the red carpet in Los Angeles with Sheen, with whom she has a bedroom scene with in the movie. Fittingly, her night with Sheen might be her last big public appearance before she goes into court-ordered rehab. “Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen will attend the movie together, and walk the red carpet together,” a source said, adding, “Imagine your date for the evening being Charlie Sheen just a few days you are meant to report for rehab.” Lohan is required to enter the program by May 2.
