Selena Gomez celebrated her 21st birthday sans Justin Bieber at Bagatelle in LA Monday night. Gomez instead stepped out with her mother, Mandy Cornett, stepdad Brian Teefey and friends including Ashley Benson. Teefey bought shots for the gang, and the now-of-age actress popped bottles of Champagne and jumped onto the bar to dance.
