Jay Z and Justin Timberlake turned up the heat on an already roasting New York Friday during the duo’s first stateside stop on their “Legends of the Summer” tour at Yankee Stadium. They shared the spotlight together on hits including “99 Problems,” “I Just Wanna Love U (Give It 2 Me),” “Izzo (H.O.V.A.),” “Cry Me a River,” “Encore” and “Lovestoned,” and wowed the crowd with guests Alicia Keys — who joined Jay’s “Empire State of Mind” — and Timbaland, who popped in for JT’s “SexyBack.” The two-plus-hour set ended with “Forever Young,” which Jay dedicated to Trayvon Martin. “This is for Mr. Trayvon Martin,” he yelled while Timberlake crooned the tune’s hook, which was originally performed by Mr. Hudson. After the show, Jay hosted the concert’s official after-party at his 40/40 Club , and was seen arriving in a Jeep with wife Beyoncé. Inside, the pair “sat with family and close friends,” overlooking the swanky bar’s main room at the top of a staircase. Jay ordered up two bottles of his cognac, D’usse, to pour shots for nearby guests including Ne-Yo, DJ Cassidy, DJ Jus Ske and Gabourey Sidibe.
