Jennifer Aniston wants the world to stop over-analyzing her photographs for signs of wedding bells and/or a pregnancy.
The 42-year-old actress set the record straight on rumors that she and boyfriend Justin Theroux are getting very serious very soon at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association conference for “Five,” the Lifetime breast cancer anthology that is Aniston’s directorial debut.
“Rumor number one: I am not planning to get married any time soon,” she said. “I’ve been married once, and I don’t know if I’ll get married again. But I can tell you that as of this very moment, I have no plan to get married. Got that?”
Next, she addressed sources that cite her slightly curvier figure and sudden love of lollipops as evidence that she is pregnant. “Rumor Number two: no, we’re not pregnant,” she said. “It’s just I quit smoking, so I’ve gained a couple of pounds.”
Aniston bought a penthouse in the West Village in April and is now living there with Theroux.
