You can’t deny Lou Reed a good steak. The rocker didn’t have the appetite for the healthy arctic char entree on the set menu at a dinner at The Lion to toast his new album, “Lulu,” with Metallica. A spy told us, “Lou was the only person who asked for a steak instead of fish, and he got it. He also wanted marinara sauce on his pasta, but there was none in the restaurant — so somebody had to run out and get some.” Guests sticking to the menu at the 80-person Dom Perignon dinner on Monday included Willem Dafoe, Ingrid Sischy, Sandy Brant, Julian Schnabel, Darren Aronofsky and portrait photographer Timothy Greenfield-Sanders.
