Even though Christina Hendricks’ last name is the same as a top Scottish gin brand, the “Mad Men” actress prefers a different tipple.
In the new issue of Men’s Health, the actress opens up about her favorite drink: single-malt scotch. “It’s incredibly smooth on the tongue,” the actress says, suggestively. “A touch of caramel flavor. It warms everything inside.”
She adds that her husband, Geoffrey Arend, and not her series’ scotch-swilling characters, turned her on to the beverage. “I always thought it was sexy when [Geoffrey] ordered scotch and I’d take little sips,” she explains.
In the piece, Hendricks also reveals her favorite bar, the Varnish in Los Angeles.
