David Koch continued his five-year-old Palm Beach tradition on New Year’s Eve with a spectacular fireworks show at the Flagler Museum’s Kenan Pavilion that was taken in by 5,000 local spectators. Jovial guest Rudy Giuliani wore a top hat emblazoned with “Happy New Year” to the celebration, which went off with a bang as fireworks continued for 30 minutes, jettisoning 10,000 shells that exploded above the museum and Lake Worth. The display was choreographed to tunes by Lady Gaga, The Beatles and Andrea Bocelli. Guests at the Coconuts bash put on by Koch and pals such as Rodney Dillard and Bob Leidy included Julia Koch in an emerald green Vera Wang frock, Judith Giuliani, Stephen Schwarzman and wife Christine — who wore a 2012 tiara that lit up — Hilary
Geary and Wilbur Ross, Aerin Lauder, Bottega Veneta creative head Tomas Maier, Nick Acquavella, Alex Fanjul, Elisabeth Kieselstein-Cord, Eleanor and Jon Ylvisaker and Christopher Ruddy.
