Chris Brown: Alleged hit-and-run victim claims singer called her ‘bitch’

The woman who Chris Brown reportedly rear-ended last month has accused the singer of lashing out at her and screaming, “Who do you think you are, Bitch?”

TMZ obtained Olga Gure-Kovalenko’s written statement to cops, in which she describes Brown’s outburst while they were pulled over to the side of the road after the performer allegedly hit her Mercedes.

The confrontation apparently got so bad that Brown’s on-and-off girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, who was also at the scene, had to step in.

“Don’t touch her, don’t touch her!” Karrueche told Brown.

When the alleged victim asked Brown for his driver’s license, registration and insurance information, Tran handed over her own license but Gure-Kovalenko insisted that she needed to see the performer’s, the gossip site reports. Tran allegedly said she was the owner of the vehicle so Brown did not have to provide his information.

When the two allegedly refused to cooperate, Gure-Kovalenko took a picture of the scene in case they bolted without providing their details.

That’s when the hotheaded crooner was pushed over the edge.

Gure-Kovalenko recalled, “The guy [Chris] tried to grab camera or me. I jumped back, the girl [Karrueche] screamed, ‘Don’t touch her, don’t touch her!'”

Brown allegedly ranted, “You are a bitch! Who do you think you are, bitch? Do you think if you driving Mercedes so got money, bitch? [sic]” and “Do you think I am just a black [bleep].”

Gure-Kovalenko said Brown kept screaming at her and then “slammed a door and drove away fast and noisy.”

The Los Angeles city attorney’s office charged the singer with misdemeanor hit-and-run and driving without a valid license yesterday.

Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, told TMZ, the criminal hit-and-run charge is “B.S,” adding that his client did provide his Virginia driver’s license and insurance card.

Brown has also vehemently denied the charge. “I have a valid drivers license and I gave the woman the right info. She saw cameras and wanted to make a scene,” he tweeted yesterday. “She contacted the cops thinking of a payday from Chris Brown when I followed the proper procedures.”
